House prices in County Wexford are among the fastest growing in the country
According to the latest Daft.ie report the average asking price in the county has risen by 17.4 per cent between April and June of this year
This is on as par with Waterford City and second only to Leitrim where house prices have risen in excess of twenty per cent
The trend reflects increasing house prices in commuter counties with a corresponding slowing of prices in Dublin
