The High Court has granted orders preventing Paul Kelly, founder of national suicide charity Console, from accessing its bank accounts and credit cards.

The same injunction was granted against his wife Patricia and his sister Joan McKenna who stepped down as directors last week.
They’ve also been ordered not to interfere with the economic, commercial or public interests of the charity.
It’s after an internal review was carried out in the wake of an HSE audit that revealed a number of financial irregularities.
