SPORT: WEXFORD’S DEFEAT TO LIMERICK ANALYSED
Analysis of Wexford’s performance following their loss to Limerick in the All Ireland hurling quarter final yesterday is continuing.
Wexford County Chairman Diarmuid Devereux believes several games on the trot led to yesterday’s defeat 4-26 to 1-11 to the Shannonsiders in Semple Stadium.
But he says this is just the start of Wexford’s re-emergence as one of the top hurling teams in the country.
Devereux says we need to take all the positives out of the game and put yesterday behind us.
