SPORT: WEXFORD HURLERS TO FACE CLARE AGAIN THIS SATURDAY
The Wexford Senior hurling team will once again face Clare this weekend in their All-Ireland Championship qualifier.
That’s after the Banner County was held to a draw after extra time in Cusack Park in Ennis on Saturday.
They’ll now face each other again this Saturday in Wexford Park from 5pm.
Meanwhile there will be no change to the Wexford under 21 hurler’s game on Wednesday night.
Their Leinster final will still go ahead against Dublin as planned in Parnell Park.
Meanwhile the draw for round 2 of the hurling qualifiers has been made.
If Wexford come through against the All Ireland Champions they’ll be up against Waterford and Tipperary will face Offaly.
The second round matches will take place at neutral venues.
In the 3-A football qualifiers Sligo host Limerick while Laois take on Tipperary.
