SPORT: WEXFORD GAA CHAMPIONSHIP DRAWS MADE
The Draws for the upcoming Wexford GAA Championship were made last night.
In the Senior Hurling Group B are County Champions Oulart the Ballagh, Rathnure, Buffers Alley, Ferns St Aidan’s, Faythe Harriers and Cloughbawn.
Group A has beaten finalists St Martin’s, Glynn Barntown, Rapparees, St Annes, Shelmaliers and newly promoted Naomh Eanna.
The Tom Doyle Supplies Senior Football County Champions St James are in Group A with Starlights, Horeswood, St Annes, Castletown and newly promoted Glynn Barntown.
Group B has Sarsfields, Shelmaliers, Gusserane, Adamstown, St Martin’s and Fethard.
Meanwhile Wexford’s opening game in the Allianz National Football League next Sunday has been moved from O’Kennedy Park New Ross to Belfield in Enniscorthy.
Throw in is at 2pm.
