The Republic of Ireland squad will train in Dublin later ahead of this weekend’s World Cup qualifier with Austria.
Among the 28 will be Dundalk pair Daryl Horgan and Andy Boyle.
If they get any game time in Vienna, they could become the first League of Ireland-based players in 31 years to play a competitive international.
There’s no James McCarthy in the final squad – as his Everton manager suggested, he’s not fit enough for Vienna.
