SPORT: LONGFORD’S PAUL BARDEN RETIRES FROM INTER COUNTY FOOTBALL
Paul Barden has retired from inter county football.
The 34 year old Longford forward has played for the county since 1999.
The Clonguish man represented Ireland in International Rules level in the 2006 series, and won Railway Cup medals with Leinster in 2001 and 2002.
