SPORT: BARCA BEAT CITY
Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini was left cursing the referee after their 2-0 Champions League defeat to Barcelona last night.
One of their defenders was sent off in the second-half and gave away a penalty, which turned the last-16 tie in favour of the Spanish giants.
But the City boss says he believes they can bounce back in the second leg at the Nou Camp.
Pellegrini claimed the referee’s decision to award their opponents a penalty decided the game.
In the nights other games Bayer Leverkusen lost 4-0 at home to Paris Saint Germian.
Arsenal take on the champions tonight. They welcome Bayern Munich to north London in the first leg of their last-16 tie.
Arsene Wenger’s side were beaten on away goals by the Germans at the same stage of the competition last season.
