SOUTH EAST UNIVERSITY
The controvertial South East Tchnological University Project took a step closer to fruition with the announcement of an investment of one point five million euro.
This follows a recent joint application by the Carlow and Waterford Institutes of Technology for funding from the Higher Education Authority.
