PROPERTY PRICES IN COUNTY WEXFORD FALL AT LOWER RATE
Property prices in county Wexford continue to fall but at lower rate
Thats according to the latest quarterly house price index published by Daft.ie this morning.
The average asking price for a house in County Wexford now stands at 129thousand euro.
This is three per cent lower than a year ago but is five per cent less than the fall recorded this time last year
Prices for property in County Wexford are now sixty per cent below thier peak of seven years ago.
