MAJOR TAX SETTLEMENTS MADE BY WEXFORD COMPANIES UNVEILED
Three County Wexford companies have made tax settlements of over one million euro in the past five years.
The figures are published as part of a special investigation carried out by the Irish Independent today.
The top three Wexford companies who made a revenue settlement over the past five years settled for an average of one and a half million euro.
Andrew Redmond and Sons Limited, Main Street Bunclody trading as publicans made the biggest settlement of 1.88 million euro.
Company director Robert Galbraith of Kates Cottage Curracloe made a settlement of 1.875 million while restauranteurs John Fortune Limited of Harbour House Church Lane in Wexford made a settlement of 1.386 million euro.
The average tax settlement made in county Wexford over the past five years was almost a quarter of a million euro at 248,704 euro.
