JEVENS DEATH RAISED IN DAIL
The matter of the death of Air Corps cadet David Jevens has been brought up in Dail Eireann this morning
The twenty two year old from Davidstown Glynn County Wexford died in October 2009 when the plane he was learning to fly crashed in Connemara killing both himslef and his instructor
Three seperate reports say the spatial disorientation of the instructor was the cause of the crash
Speaking in the Dail Justice Minister Alan Shatter said Cadet Jevens bears no responsibility in the cause of the crash
However the family of David Jevens are not happy with the reports and are meeting Minister Shatter on the matter next week
Speaking in the Dail also this morning Kildare South Fianna Fail Deputy Sean OFeraghaill said the family feel there are many questions in the case unanswered:
