IRELAND TO FULLY RE-ENTER BOND MARKETS THIS WEEK
Ireland could be back borrowing money on a long-term basis as quickly as tomorrow.
The National Treasury Management Agency says it’s planning to issue new 10-year bonds.
It’s the first time Ireland will have held an auction for long-term debts since September 2010 – two months before the bailout.
Normally such announcements by the NTMA come just hours or days before the completion of the bond buying.
