FORMER WEXFORD COUNTY MANAGER PASSES AWAY
Noel Dillon the former Wexford County Manager has passed away.
Tributes have been pouring in for the Cork native who’s been described as a visionary.
He was central to developing the quayfront in Wexford town and establishing the Heritage Park.
Noel Dillon was county manager from 1976 until 1993.
