A former Labour Councillor for the Gorey Courtown area Robbie Ireton has expressed upset at the closure of the Market House in Gorey.
The Centre which houses the Tourist office / visitor Centre as well as accommodating local artists and craft makers will close its doors this evening.
Ongoing efforts to secure adequate funding have failed.
