CRUISE SHIP FORCED TO CHANGE PLANS AHEAD OF WEXFORD VISIT
There was dissapointment in Wexford this morning with the news that a cruise ship, which was expected to anchor off Rosslare Europort earlier, had to cancel it’s plans.
The SS Albatross was expected to anchor at 7.30am and was the first cruise liner in over 20 years to come to County Wexford.
However rough conditions at sea meant it’s Rosslare stop off had to be cancelled.
The cruise ship is on a ten day tour of the British Isles and its passengers had planned visits to a number of sites in County Wexford today.
