COUNTY WEXFORD HOUSE PRICES RISE BY A QUARTER IN A YEAR
House prices in County Wexford have risen by 25 per cent in the past year.
That’s based on a standard three bed semi-detached residence whose average price is now 125,000 euro.
That’s according to the latest house price report from Real Estate Alliance.
Meanwhile the average length of time it takes to sell a house in County Wexford over the past six months remains static at eight weeks.
