AT LEAST 9 DEAD FOLLOWING GERMAN TRAIN CRASH
At least 9 people are now known to have died when two trains collided head-on in southern Germany.
Hundreds of rescuers and around a dozen helicopters have been working at the scene, around 40 miles southeast of Munich.
15 passengers are said to have been very seriously hurt – but dozens more were also injured.
The trains both partially derailed and are wedged into each other.
