A resolution to the dispute that has kept the M11 Service Station in North Wexford closed has been reached.
Topaz and Applegreen had been due before the Commercial Court over the tender for the service station.
According to Fianna Fail Councillor in Gorey Malcolm Byrne they have now reached an out of court agreement on the facility.
It has been lying idle for over two years and Malcolm Byrne hopes it can now get up and running without further delay.
