17 PERCENT RISE IN PLANNING APPLICATIONS FOR NEW HOMES IN CO. WEXFORD
There’s been an increase of 17 percent in the number of planning applications for new homes in County Wexford in the first quarter of this year.
The figure, which is well above the national average, shows a jump from 65 applications in the first quarter of last year to 76 applications in 2015.
However the number of commencements in County Wexford dropped by 82 percent in the first quarter of this year when compared with the same period last year.
