SPORT: LIMERICK CHAIRMAN SAYS FAMILY CAN’T SUPPORT FOOTBALL CLUB FINANCIALLY
Limerick Chairman Pat O’Sullivan has responded to rumours and stories about the airticity league club with a statement on their website today.
O’Sullivan clarifies that his family and their business can no longer support the club financially to the extent they used to but adds they have set up foundations which have helped the Shannonsiders stabilise and become a real local entity.
The Chairman adds the club must learn to live within its means.
