SPORT: WATERS MAY BE AVAILABLE TO WEXFORD HURLERS NEXT SEASON
Daithi Waters may become available to the Wexford hurlers next season.
The St Martins player who was part of a gathering of Liam Dunne’s squad last week told the Irish Examiner that he’d love to give hurling ” a real shot “.
But he said at the moment he’s concentrating on trying to be fit for his club, saying he’s determined to try and retain the senior football title.
The hurling camp already includes former footballers Lee Chin and Matthew O’Hanlon who are now key members of Dunne’s panel.
