SPORT: UNCLEAR IF WOODS WILL PLAY IN US PGA CHAMPIONSHIP
Tiger Woods has cancelled his news conference at Valhalla today, but his agent says it’s too early to say whether he’ll play in the US PGA Championship this week.
Woods is continuing to have treatment on a persistent back injury.
His agent says he needs to rest and get treatment having pulled out of the WGC Bridgestone Invitational during Sunday’s final round.
