PASSENGER PLANE CRASHES OVER NORTHERN MALI
A passenger plane carrying 116 people has crashed in the Sahara.
The Air Algerie flight was heading from Burkina Faso in north Africa to Algiers.
Contact was lost after the crew was asked to make a detour because of poor visibility.
