SMOKING BAN IS EXTENDED IN COUNTY WEXFORD
A new smoke free zone at Health Centres across County Wexford comes into operation from today.
The ban will also prevent people from smoking on the grounds of the fifteen health centres around the county.
They include the Community Care Clinic in Grogans Road and the HSE Offices in Georges Street in Wexford town along with the Primary Care Centre in Gorey.
The smoking ban will be extended to the grounds of Wexford General Hospital on February 14th.
Health Minister James Reilly has welcomed the campaign to highlight the ban.
