Ireland are ICC Intercontinental Cup Champions for the fourth time after beating Afghanistan by 122 runs in the final in Dubai.
John Mooney was named as the man of the match for his 10 wicket haul as he saw Ireland home to glory, with Afghanistan bowled out for 224.
The win completes a historic hat-trick of ICC titles in different formats this year.
There was some disappointment, with Trent Johnstone’s last match in an Ireland jersey ending early as he limped off with an achilles injury.
Meanwhile, Kevin O’Brien has been named as Associate and Affiliate Cricketer of the Year.
