The number of vacant houses and apartments in county Wexford has dropped significantly in the past five years.
In the census of 2011 it stood at 51 vacant houses per 1,000 of the population.
This has dropped in last years census to 39 per 1,000.
This drop is generally in line with the national average over the same period.
