The ‘Right to Change’ movement has called on all TD’s to support a referendum to keep water services in public ownership.
The Dáil will debate legislation on Wednesday with a vote scheduled for Thursday.
39 TDs have signed the legislation including John Halligan who signed it before being appointed a Junior Minister.
